We are looking for passionate and client-focused onsite Project Controls Engineer for engagement on significant projects in the Nation’s Capital.
This individual will assist the Jacobs and client Project Manager in matters related to document control and web-based collaboration during design and construction of one or more projects. Proficiency using a commercial Project Management Information System (PMIS) is important, and specific tasks may include:
Responsibilities include: • Receipt and distribution of Submittals, RFIs, and Potential Change Orders. • Utilizing the client’s PMIS to assess, process, and maintain records for contracts • Processing of approved contractor payment requisitions • Drafting recommended responses and actions for RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch-lists, etc. • Analyzing construction trends, monitor deliverables, and provide overall administrative management. • Maintaining as-built drawings and conformed documents; and • Administer badging procedures for staff #LI-IR1
Here's what you'll need
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management. Waived for 10 years in the field of construction administration. • 1-2 years of construction support experience • US Citizenship
Posted Salary Range: Minimum
80,000.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
90,000.00
