Job Description
AECOM is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to support a nationwide capital construction program for a U.S. Federal client. Acting as the Owner’s Representative, this role is responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from early planning through construction closeout. The Program Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams, partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and serve as a trusted representative of the client—driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
The responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Responsible for leading a construction management team to deliver capital construction program for US Federal Government clients.

Responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering a program or groups of projects from conceptual stages through all phases of the projects, with the assistance of the project team.

Responsible for overall performance of the program team and takes the lead in reporting and ensuring project completion within budget, schedule and in conformance with specifications.
